Subscription Agreement
1. Subscription
SchedulerOS is offered as a recurring subscription. The selected plan, price, billing cadence and applicable taxes are presented during checkout.
2. Payment authorization
Paid access is activated only after the authoritative payment service confirms payment and entitlement. A browser redirect or frontend state is not payment proof.
3. Cancellation
Subscribers may cancel SchedulerOS through the available account cancellation flow. Cancellation does not automatically create a refund unless required by the governing agreement or applicable law.
4. Delinquent payment lifecycle
First delinquency notice. Subscription remains active while payment is brought current.
Second delinquency notice and reminder of approaching access restriction.
Third delinquency notice and suspension of SchedulerOS access while payment remains outstanding.
Subscription is canceled and the SchedulerOS user account is deleted. Returning users must create a new SchedulerOS account.
5. Day 45 termination
If payment remains outstanding through day 45, SchedulerOS may cancel the subscription, terminate access and delete the SchedulerOS user account. A returning customer must create a new SchedulerOS account.
6. External service boundaries
Deletion of a SchedulerOS account does not itself authorize deletion of an external mail, calendar, cloud, payment or other Brainvora ecosystem account unless that separate service has its own governing authorization.
7. Refunds and applicable law
Cancellation does not automatically create a refund. Any mandatory cancellation right, notice period, refund rule or retention requirement imposed by applicable law controls over conflicting commercial policy.
